Fingerprint & all customized Amprentă orders are not subject to return or cancellation.

Cancellation is only applicable on the Limited Edition Amprentă pieces during the first 24 hours after completing your order.

No refund policy is applicable on all orders as all Amprentă pieces are thoroughly checked before sending them out.
